About this experience
Depart Tetouan for an exciting day exploring Tangier, the cosmopolitan entry point of northern Morocco, located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
While travelling in a comfortable air-conditioned car, you will cross the wild landscapes of northern Morocco, including the Rif mountain passes, coastline, and authentic Berber villages, before entering the heart of Tangier.
Under the guidance of your experienced guide, you will first explore the historic Medina of Tangier with its narrow streets, aromatic souks, craft workshops, and ancient riads. The view over Tangier port and the glistening bay will await you from the terraces of Kasbah. The second part of your excursion will begin with a visit to Cape Spartel, a spectacular promontory separating the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, which features the famous Cape Spartel lighthouse. Next, you will go to the mythical Caves of Hercules known for their impressive rock cavities and Africa-shaped grotto that opens up to the sea.
