Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the relationship between the user of the AirportGo.app application (hereinafter "the Client") and the application publisher (hereinafter "AirportGo.app"), concerning access to and use of airport transfer, private trip, excursion and VIP service booking services.

Use of the web and mobile application implies full and complete acceptance of these T&C.

AirportGo.app offers a platform allowing:

• Booking of airport transfers, urban/extra-urban trips
• Booking of excursions and activities offered in the application
• Customization of Transfers and/or excursions according to needs
• Premium options: VIP trips, private excursions, high-end vehicles

Creating an account is necessary to book a service.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

To book, the Client must provide:

• Pickup location and destination
• Date, time and flight number (if applicable)
• Passport number for tourists or National ID number for Moroccans
• Number of passengers, luggage, options
• Preferences (vehicle type, child seat, etc.)

Once the order is confirmed and paid, a partner driver or an AirportGo.app driver (as applicable) is assigned. Booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) by default, the currency can be changed according to customer needs directly from the application, inclusive of all taxes.

AirportGo.app may modify its rates, but the applicable prices are those displayed at the time of booking.

Payment is made exclusively online by credit card via a certified platform (PCI-DSS).

The order is validated only after payment confirmation.

No direct payment to the driver is accepted.

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellation up to 24h before transfer: full refund
• Cancellation less than 24h before: no refund

Flight-Related Special Cases

AirportGo.app will apply a full refund if:

• The Client's flight is cancelled
• The flight is significantly delayed (to the point of making the transfer impossible)

Proof may be requested (airline email, screenshot, notification…).

Cancellation by AirportGo.app or Driver

In case of driver unavailability or operational issue:

• AirportGo.app will offer an alternative driver, or
• Proceed with full refund if no replacement is possible

AirportGo.app offers high-end services including:

The Client undertakes to:

• Respect the driver and their vehicle
• Be present at the agreed time at the meeting point
• Not transport dangerous, illegal or prohibited goods
• Inform AirportGo.app of any significant changes (flight, additional passengers…)

Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without refund.

Partner drivers and AirportGo.app drivers must:

• Hold Moroccan legal authorizations (tourist transport, VTC, taxi…)
• Provide courteous, safe and professional service
• Maintain their vehicle in excellent condition
• Respect agreed schedules

AirportGo.app

AirportGo.app acts primarily as a technological intermediary during phase 1 of the project. Transportation responsibility lies with the service provider driver.

Partner Drivers

They are responsible for transportation, safety and compliance with legal standards.

AirportGo.app processes Client data in accordance with:

• Moroccan legislation (CNDP)
• International data protection standards (GDPR, CNIL, …)

The Client may request access, rectification or deletion of their data.

Response time: 48 business hours

The application, brand, design, logo, and all AirportGo.app content are protected by Moroccan intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

AirportGo.app may modify the T&C at any time.

Clients will be informed via the application and/or by email.

New T&C apply from their publication date.

These T&C are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of dispute, and after attempted amicable resolution, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
