In the AirportGo app
Open the app and go to Account → Sign-in and security → Delete account, then confirm with your password.

2What happens to your data
What is deleted
- Your account details: name, email, phone, password, identity details and preferences are erased or anonymised
- Your sign-in on every device is ended
- Your favourites and notifications are deleted
- Your newsletter subscription is removed
What AirportGo keeps
- Bookings and payment records, kept for legal and tax purposes (7 years, as the Privacy Policy states)
- Support conversations, kept as the Privacy Policy states (3 years after they are resolved)
