How do I book a transfer?
You can book a transfer on our website or in the AirportGo mobile app for iOS and Android: select your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your preferred time, and complete the payment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. For transfers, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. For tours and activities, the cancellation policy shown on each activity page applies. The full conditions are in our terms and conditions of sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Payment is made online through Payzone, our secure payment provider.
