How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You are met inside the terminal, so there is nothing to arrange after you land.
What is the difference between a shared, private and VIP transfer?
A shared transfer is a seat in a vehicle on a fixed route and is the most affordable option. A private transfer is the whole vehicle, direct to your address. VIP is a premium vehicle with more space and comfort.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Create a ticket with your flight number and the reason for the delay. We will adapt to give you the best possible experience.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price is calculated and confirmed before you pay, with no meter and no haggling. What you agree is what you pay.
Can the driver reach my riad inside the medina?
Yes. Where vehicles cannot enter the narrow streets, the driver drops you at the nearest accessible point.
Do you also organise tours and multi-city trips?
Yes. We run guided day trips and excursions across Morocco, and we build custom multi-city itineraries around your dates and group.
Can I book a transfer between two cities?
Yes. Choose "Between cities" instead of "In city" when you book. We drive intercity routes between the cities we serve, and the price covers the whole journey and is confirmed before you pay.
Can I travel with luggage?
Yes. You tell us how many bags you are carrying when you book, and they are accounted for in the total you confirm before paying. There is nothing to settle with the driver.
